Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Om Sai Solutions, we strive to deliver the best IT products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to request a cancellation or refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which such requests will be processed.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for hardware, software, or IT solutions cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
  • Service contracts (AMC, Facility Management, IT Support) may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided that no service has been availed during this time.
  • After 7 days, or if services have already been consumed, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • If you are not happy with our service you can cancel it within 7 days after receiving We will provide you refund
  • Digital/IT services once work has commenced or been completed.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (time may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway).

4. No-Show or Non-Response

If the customer fails to accept delivery or does not respond to service scheduling attempts, the order/service will be treated as fulfilled, and no refund will be applicable.
