- Orders for hardware, software, or IT solutions cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
- Service contracts (AMC, Facility Management, IT Support) may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided that no service has been availed during this time.
- After 7 days, or if services have already been consumed, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
- If you are not happy with our service you can cancel it within 7 days after receiving We will provide you refund
- Digital/IT services once work has commenced or been completed.

4. No-Show or Non-Response
If the customer fails to accept delivery or does not respond to service scheduling attempts, the order/service will be treated as fulfilled, and no refund will be applicable.
